Farm-fresh and made from scratch by Wheelhouse in Amherst, served buffet style.
To start
- Mezze boards with marinated feta, mint tabbouleh, seasonal pickles, roasted olives, marinated and grilled vegetables, dolmas, falafel, spiced chickpeas, za'atar pita, crudités, baba ganoush, lemon hummus, and buttermilk ranch
Buffet
- Young greens with pickled shallots, roasted beets, dried cranberries, toasted pecans, goat cheese, and maple sherry vinaigrette
- Naturally leavened bread with whipped herb butter
- Kale pesto pasta with pea shoots, shaved Parmesan, roasted red peppers, and pomegranate molasses
- Herb marinated chicken with spring pea pesto
- Malbec braised short rib with wild mushroom jus
- Parsnip and carrot confit with pickled ginger, fennel, and maple reduction
- Whipped potatoes with brown butter and chives
Dessert
- Rhubarb crisp with cardamom crumble and whipped cream
